Our ADHD care follows a structured, evidence-based process — starting with a thorough evaluation and continuing with personalised treatment and consistent follow-up, so you always know what to expect.
All patients begin with a comprehensive evaluation.
90-minute visit includes:
- ADHD assessment and diagnosis
- Medical and mental health history
- Review of focus, sleep, mood, and lifestyle factors
- Discussion of treatment options, including medication when appropriate
Structured care for adults and college students across Connecticut and Central Massachusetts.
Program Includes:
- Personalized ADHD treatment plan
- Medication management when clinically appropriate
- Functional medicine–informed strategies
- Lifestyle, nutrition, and sleep guidance
- Executive function support
- Care with the same clinician throughout the program.
Insurance & Billing:
- All visits, including the initial evaluation and follow-up appointments, are billed directly to your insurance. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on your individual plan. Additional visits, if medically necessary during the program, are billed separately to insurance.

What If I’m Stable And Only Need A Prescriber?
- We do not provide prescriber-only ADHD care for new patients.
- All patients begin with a comprehensive ADHD evaluation and structured care to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate.
Patients who are stable may transition to maintenance prescribing. Monthly follow-up appointments are required for all patients receiving ADHD medication management to ensure ongoing monitoring, prescription renewals, and regulatory compliance.

- All visits are scheduled and billed to insurance individually.
- Additional visits may be scheduled as clinically needed and are billed according to your insurance benefits.
- ADHD medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate.
- Monthly follow-up appointments are required to continue ADHD medication management and prescription renewals.

Medication Management
Medication is not prescribed automatically. If medication is appropriate, it is typically started or adjusted during a scheduled follow-up visit. This visit is usually scheduled within 1–2 weeks after enrolling. All medication decisions are individualized and based on clinical assessment.

Stable patients can transition to ongoing maintenance care. This includes monthly follow-up visits for medication management, prescription renewals, and continued monitoring all billed to insurance.
